Why did you join CQS?
I had too. There was no other option. I was missing something in my life. I went to one practice and was overwhelmed with all the comradely and positivity radiating in the air. It was intoxicating and I couldn’t get enough. I was hooked, It had me at hello!
What do you like most about Derby?
The people involved. We all come together for one reason. Everything else is left behind.
What’s your favorite derby memory?
My favorite memory is the day that Dani Dynamite gave me my jersey and an hour later my name and number was announced as I rolled on our home floor at my first bout! It was amazing, but I was home!
What’s your derby mantra?
“No Limit, No Fear”
What’s your greatest derby accomplishment?
Becoming bout eligible.
What is your favorite move? Butt whips and hip smashes.
Likes: My skates, teammates, coaches, Dr. Ruthie, my #1 Fan.
Dislikes: Ugliness, hypocrites’, deceitfulness, and fake people. Just be Real!
Severe Injuries: Knock on Wood..that’s all I’m saying.
Favorite teammate to work with is…..? Wow, that is hard. I like working with all of my teammates. They all have something different to offer.
I will say that Dani Dynamite, Chucktown, Bloodshed Red, all really showed me what it was all about. They were my first derby sisters/trainers that I interacted with. Not to mention, I have great things to say about everyone but not enough space! But my heart is big and I love them all!
